Night Concierge – Luxury Residential Development

About the role

Our client seeks an experienced Night Concierge to provide premium service to residents of a luxury development in North London. Working the 7pm‑7am shift, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring safety, comfort and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and greet residents courteously.
• Anticipate and respond to resident needs, assisting guests and colleagues.
• Verify visitors, suppliers and contractors; manage elevator access and conduct security checks.
• Conduct regular building inspections, report maintenance issues and log incidents.
• Maintain a secure environment by monitoring CCTV and following health‑safety, fire and bomb‑threat procedures.
• Keep communal areas clean and presentable; perform litter picking in external areas when required.
• Complete operational reports and handovers; assist with move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Report concerns or incidents to appropriate managers promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential concierge or 5‑star hotel environment.
• Reliable, punctual with immaculate personal presentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Willingness to undergo full vetting and provide excellent references.
