Night Concierge – Luxury Residential

About the role

We are seeking a Night Concierge to join our new luxury residential site in central London (W1F). As the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, you will deliver exceptional service throughout the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and contractors courteously and professionally.
• Handle all incoming telephone, intercom, email and face‑to‑face enquiries efficiently.
• Receive, log and hand over parcels, packages and keys, verifying ID or written authority when required.
• Record resident written instructions in the concierge database and ensure verbal instructions are emailed and filed appropriately.
• Register new residents, capture contact details, email database login information and welcome letters.
• Program door entry fobs, key cards and update intercom panels where applicable.
• Escalate resident complaints or lease breaches to the Building Manager.
• Assist with arranging access for contractors (e.g., HIU, sprinkler, window cleaning).
• Complete end‑of‑shift parcel and key reconciliation.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Minimum of 2 years residential concierge experience in a luxury setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
