Night Concierge – West London

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Night Concierge to join our West London residential building. Working five nights a week on a rotating shift (11 pm – 7 am), you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests and security matters throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a 24‑hour reception service, answering phones, logging messages and assisting residents, guests and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV and manage the building’s security systems, including intercom and access control.
• Carry out regular patrols, checking gates, doors and common areas for safety and security compliance.
• Log and handle incoming mail, parcels, laundry and other deliveries for residents.
• Respond promptly to fire alarms, pre‑alarms and any security incidents according to site procedures.
• Report building defects, disrepair or equipment failures to the Building Manager or out‑of‑hours service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a concierge, reception or night‑security role within a residential setting.
• Ability to work independently during night hours and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow health‑and‑safety and security protocols.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating CCTV monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with intercom and access‑control equipment.
• Basic telephone handling and log‑keeping skills.
