Night Manager – Birmingham

About the role

The Night Manager will lead the overnight operations of a 24‑hour site located on Birmingham New Street. Working four nights a week, you will ensure the venue runs smoothly, safely and delivers a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all overnight activities and maintain operational standards.
• Manage a small team, allocating duties and monitoring performance.
• Ensure the safety and security of staff, customers and the premises.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to customers in a busy city‑centre environment.
• Handle any incidents or issues that arise during the night shift.

Required profile

• Willingness and ability to work overnight shifts and travel to the site.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Manager).
• Background in hospitality, leisure or retail sectors.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers and staff.
• Previous night‑time work experience is advantageous but not essential.
