Night Manager – Retail Store

About the role

The Night Manager leads the store during overnight hours, ensuring the premises are ready for the next day’s customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will empower colleagues, maintain high standards of availability, and drive performance across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback promptly.
• Maintain market‑leading product availability throughout the store.
• Manage scheduling, absence, performance reviews and talent conversations for the department.
• Deliver training to build capability and confidence.
• Identify and develop talent within the team.
• Collaborate with other store managers to ensure a supportive, performance‑driven environment.
• Plan resources thoroughly and ensure the store is fully prepared for the next day.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Customer‑first mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously during night shifts.
• Experience in retail or similar fast‑paced environment is preferred.
