Night Porter – Hotel Hospitality Role

About the role

The Night Porter oversees the hotel’s operations from sundown to sunrise, ensuring guest expectations are met and brand standards are maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Food & Beverage department during the night shift.
• Welcome guests, assist with luggage and respond to enquiries.
• Maintain immaculate public areas and clean meeting or event spaces for the next day.
• Conduct nightly health and safety audits.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience of night‑shift work is essential; previous similar role is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
