About the role

Key responsibilities

• Accurately receive, unpack and log all returned medical products using internal computer systems.
• Maintain precise digital records of incoming items and any investigations.
• Identify and flag trends or issues with returned products to management.
• Collaborate with global teams to support seamless, efficient operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical, precise work approach.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Minimum secondary education (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

Required skills

• Basic IT proficiency and confidence using computer systems.
