Night Registered Nurse – Care Home

About the role

Join our tranquil care home on the outskirts of Macduff as a Night Registered Nurse. You will provide clinically led, person‑centred care throughout the night shift, ensuring safety, dignity and wellbeing for our 34 residents.

Key responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop or review individual care plans.
• Administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health.
• Lead the night shift team, supporting and guiding care assistants.
• Make timely clinical decisions and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold care standards.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision‑making ability.
• Confidence in leading a shift and supporting a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication skills; experience in a care‑home setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
