Night Registered Nurse – Care Home (Saffron Walden)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Night Registered Nurse to join our team at Stanley Wilson Lodge Care Home in Saffron Walden. You will provide high-quality nursing care throughout the night shift, supporting residents to live safely and with dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medication and monitor residents’ health during night hours.
• Observe and support the care team, ensuring compliance with best practice.
• Develop, review and update person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
• Promote independence, choice, dignity and respect in all interactions.
• Report to the Deputy Manager and collaborate with fellow nurses.

Required profile

• Valid UK NMC Pin number.
• Understanding of NMC and CQC regulatory frameworks.
• Passion for working with older people.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Medication administration.
• Care planning and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

• £24.95 per hour (£62,275 per annum) – breaks unpaid.
