Night Shift Branch Assistant

About the role

Join Booker’s vibrant night team as a Branch Assistant, working across three evening shifts each week. This part‑time position is ideal for night‑owls who enjoy delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the store, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain shelf stock, replenish items, and keep the store tidy.
• Receive and process deliveries, checking accuracy and placement.
• Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet nightly operational targets.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night hours.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks each shift.
