Night Shift Cleaning Operative – Bristol Airport

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Night Shift Cleaning Operative to join Sasse Limited at Bristol Airport. The role runs 7 pm‑7 am on a 3‑days‑on, 3‑days‑off pattern, ensuring the airport areas and lounges are kept to Sasse’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of assigned airport zones and lounges according to client requirements and Sasse standards.
• Remove waste, litter and perform general and specific cleaning tasks as outlined on job cards.
• Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Complete cleaning duties efficiently during the night shift.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a can‑do approach and ambition to grow.
• Willingness to work unsocial hours (night shift) and follow a 3‑on/3‑off rota.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance certificate (cost covered by the company).
• No formal qualifications required; full training will be provided.
