Night Shift Export Operations Coordinator (AOG)

About the role

This position is for an experienced freight forwarding professional to manage time‑critical export shipments on a night‑shift schedule (19:00‑07:00). The role focuses on air and road freight, supporting AOG (aircraft on ground) movements and ensuring high‑quality service for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end export shipments, primarily by air and road, from booking to final delivery.
• Liaise with customers, carriers and overseas partners to ensure accurate and timely handling.
• Handle AOG shipments with urgency, providing clear communication and rapid updates.
• Respond promptly to customer emails, operational requests and live shipment status changes.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with service level agreements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in freight forwarding operations, covering both imports and exports.
• Strong background in export operations, especially air and road freight.
• Familiarity with AOG shipments and the tight deadlines they require.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during night‑shift hours while staying integrated with the wider team.
