Night Shift FLT Clamp Driver

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FLT Clamp Driver to join our night‑shift team at a site in Stanwell Moor, Staines‑upon‑Thames. The role involves operating a counter‑balance forklift with clamp attachments to move materials safely and efficiently throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a counter‑balance FLT with clamp attachments safely.
• Load, unload, transport and stack materials across the site.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all Health & Safety and company procedures.
• Support the operations team in meeting daily targets.

Required profile

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Experience operating a clamp truck.
• Previous experience in warehouse, recycling, manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Counterbalance forklift operation.
• Clamp attachment handling.

What we offer

• £13.75 per hour.
• Additional £95 (subject to tax) for a sixth working day.
• Night shift hours: Monday‑Friday 5:00 pm – 4:00 am with a 1‑hour unpaid break.
