Night Shift Production Operator – Full‑Time

About the role

Join a global manufacturing client as a Production Operator on the night shift (11 pm – 7 am) in Petersfield. This full‑time, temporary position offers a stable schedule, competitive hourly pay and the chance to develop hands‑on experience in a modern, well‑equipped facility.

Key responsibilities

• Pack and prepare products for shipment.
• Cap and label items according to specifications.
• Palletise finished goods and manage manual handling tasks.
• Work to meet production targets while following clear procedures.
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure GMP compliance.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Good attention to detail and a positive team attitude.
• Willingness to work night hours on a five‑day week.
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.

Required skills

• GMP compliance knowledge.
