Night Shift Stock Selector

About the role

As a Night Shift Stock Selector you will work between 10 pm and 4 am, picking stock for specific Aldi stores and loading it onto pallets for drivers. You will receive instructions through a headset and must ensure every pallet is correctly labelled and paperwork is accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Pick items from the warehouse for designated stores.
• Load picked items onto the correct pallets.
• Verify store numbers and match them to the correct paperwork.
• Follow real‑time instructions delivered via headset.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy to avoid errors in store deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the night‑shift team to meet loading targets.
• Adhere to health and safety standards while handling stock.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work night hours consistently.
• Good communication skills to follow headset instructions.
• Physical stamina for standing and lifting during shifts.
• Reliability and a proactive attitude.
