Night Shift Team Leader

About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Crewe as a Nights Team Leader, overseeing the 11 pm‑5 am shift on a part‑time basis. You’ll bring energy, confidence and support to a small team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent coffee service during the night hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient night shifts and maintain high standards of service and coffee quality.
• Train and support new Baristas, providing on‑the‑job guidance.
• Energise and motivate a team of two, fostering a positive work environment.
• Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep the store running well under pressure.

Required profile

• A reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
• Comfortable working in a small team of two on shift.
• At least 18 years old due to night‑working requirements.
