Missions principales

• Provide warm and professional customer service to all visitors.
• Accurately take and prepare food and drink orders, including sandwiches, pastries, and hot beverages.
• Maintain high brand standards regarding food quality and presentation.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a customer-centric mindset.
• Replenish product displays and ensure stock availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the shop and forecourt areas.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver a memorable customer experience.
