Night Shift Team Member – Hotel Front Desk

About the role

Join the Premier Inn team at London Kensington (Olympia) as a Nights Team Member. You will be the primary point of contact for overnight guests, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist overnight guests with a calm, customer‑focused approach.
• Maintain the safety and security of the hotel and its occupants.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and any issues that arise during the night.
• Apply health and safety procedures and report any incidents.
• Support the front‑desk team with night‑time administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Over 18 years of age.
• Calm personality with strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently during night hours.
• Willingness to learn on the job – no prior experience required.
• Commitment to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
