About the role

Heron Foods is seeking motivated Warehouse Loaders for its Melton Distribution Centre near North Ferriby. This permanent night‑shift role offers a fast‑paced environment where you will help keep stores stocked across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Load store delivery cages accurately and efficiently onto vehicles.
• Work within freezer (down to -25°C), chilled or ambient chambers with full PPE.
• Meet loading targets and performance standards on a two‑week rolling rota.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity while following health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Positive, energetic “can‑do” attitude.
• Strong time‑management and ability to work to KPIs.
• Reliability and willingness to work night shifts (10 pm‑6 am) on a rotating schedule.
