Night Shift Warehouse Operative

About the role

Join our night team at a state‑of‑the‑art warehouse in Andover. You will work alongside cutting‑edge robotics to keep thousands of orders moving while enjoying enhanced night‑shift pay.

Key responsibilities

• Load individual totes into frames and load them onto delivery vans (Night Despatch).
• Sort and organise returned totes.
• Pick and pack customer orders into shopping totes, assisted by robots (Night Pick).
• Receive goods from suppliers and place them into totes for downstream processing (Night Inbound).
• Pick and pack frozen items in a large freezer, wearing protective gear (Night Freezer).
• Handle heavy items safely and work in temperatures down to –25 °C.

Required profile

• Minimum age 18.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work night hours (19:00‑07:00).
• Physical ability to lift heavy totes and work in cold environments.
• No prior experience required – full training provided.
