Night Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Nights Supervisor to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express Inverness. You will be the key point of contact for guests and staff during the night shift, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm “Atlas welcome” to guests and new employees.
• Ensure team members are in the right place at the right time and support their coaching and development.
• Act as the go‑to guide for the team in the absence of the Nights Team Leader, staying calm under pressure.
• Perform a variety of duties such as front‑desk check‑in/check‑out, bar service (18+), kitchen preparation for breakfast, and meeting‑room set‑up.
• Carry out night audits and corridor checks to maintain safety and guest wellbeing throughout the night.

Required profile

• Previous experience leading a team in a customer‑service environment (hotel experience not required).
• Ability to coach, develop and motivate team members.
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to stay calm under pressure.
• Must be 18 years or older for bar service duties.
