Night Support Worker – 37.5h Full‑time (4 on/4 off)

About the role

Riverside Group is seeking a dedicated Night Support Worker to join its Bristol team. You will work on a rolling 4‑on/4‑off rota, providing essential support to vulnerable customers during night hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with employability coaching, benefits sign‑up and financial management.
• Support individuals in moving towards permanent housing and greater independence.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and interventions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, person‑centred care.

Required profile

• Experience working with vulnerable people and delivering structured support.
• Understanding of risk management and the ability to work independently, including lone night shifts.
• Empathetic, resilient attitude with a caring nature.
• Flexibility to work night hours (approximately 8:40 pm to 9:40 am) and adapt to a rotating schedule.

• Record‑keeping and basic administrative abilities.
