Night Support Worker

About the role

Join Look Ahead’s Young People Social Care Service in Bracknell as a Night Support Worker. You will provide compassionate, person‑centred support to young people during night hours, helping them maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of assigned customers, delivering emotional and practical support.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of needs and risks, agreeing on support levels and actions.
• Develop and review person‑centred support plans to achieve positive outcomes.
• Assist customers with maintaining their accommodation and managing daily living tasks.
• Build and maintain relationships with local agencies and service providers.
• Support customers in applying for benefits and managing bills.

Required profile

• Enjoys social interaction and encourages customer involvement in local activities.
• Approachable, open, and able to work well within a team.
• Calm, resilient and able to handle night‑time challenges.
