Night Team Leader – 30 hrs/week – Permanent

About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Dover as a Night Team Leader, working the 11 pm‑5 am shift on a permanent basis. You will help create great coffee experiences while leading a small team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient night shifts.
• Train and support new baristas.
• Motivate and energise the team.
• Maintain high standards of service and coffee quality.
• Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep operations running well.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable.
• Experience as a team leader or willingness to step into the role.
• Comfortable working in a two‑person night team.
• At least 18 years old due to night‑working requirements.
