Night Team Member – Hotel Front Desk

About the role

Join the Bournemouth Central Premier Inn as a Night Team Member, providing a safe and welcoming environment for overnight guests. You will be the first point of contact during the night shift, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and restful stay.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the hotel premises throughout the night to maintain safety and security.
• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out, and any enquiries or issues that arise.
• Apply problem‑solving and health‑and‑safety knowledge to resolve incidents promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and hand over information to the day team.

Required profile

• Calm, friendly personality with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Willingness to work a permanent 40‑hour week on night shifts.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
