Night Team Member – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

Join Atlas Hotels at the Holiday Inn Express Swindon as a Nights Team Member. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving overnight, delivering a warm Atlas welcome and ensuring a safe, comfortable stay. No prior hotel experience is required – we will train you on all essential duties.

Key responsibilities

• Check guests in and out at reception during night shifts.
• Serve beverages behind the bar (must be 18 or over).
• Prepare breakfast items in the kitchen and set up meeting rooms.
• Carry out night audits and corridor safety checks.

Required profile

• Previous hotel experience is useful but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old to work behind the bar.
