Night Warehouse Operative

About the role

Join a well‑established client as a Night Warehouse Operative in a rural location. The role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse, order picking or production environments and offers a stable night‑shift pattern with the potential for permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

• Assembling customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Picking premium meat products ready for dispatch using butchery scales.
• Labelling products correctly for customer orders and checking stock rotation and product dates.
• Packing orders into trays and moving completed orders into driver fridges for morning dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic and organised work area while following food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• High attention to detail and comfortable working around meat products.
• Own transport due to the rural site location.
• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.

What we offer

• £15.00 per hour, paid weekly.
• Full‑time night shift pattern (approx. 20:00‑05:00 or 21:00‑06:00, 5 nights per week).
