Night Warehouse Supervisor – 4 on 4 off nights

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Night Warehouse Supervisor to lead our air‑cargo warehouse during the night shift. This hands‑on position ensures that operations run smoothly, safely and accurately from 19:00 to 07:00, bridging the night and early‑day activities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for night‑shift staff.
• Supervise the warehouse team and coordinate with drivers.
• Oversee loading and unloading of trucks and trailers.
• Support warehouse operations with hands‑on duties, including building and breaking down aircraft pallets.
• Cross‑check cargo against documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain clear communication with the management team and provide detailed handover to the day crew.
• Uphold high standards of health and safety throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Previous experience in air cargo or freight environments.
• Strong warehouse background with supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent workload prioritisation and ability to meet tight deadlines.
