Nightshift Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Nightshift Warehouse Team Leader to join our DX Network Services site in Southampton. This full‑time role involves leading a warehouse team during the night shift, ensuring productivity, safety and excellent service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Shift Manager in meeting operational productivity and KPI targets.
• Lead, coach and develop team members, overseeing induction and ongoing training.
• Allocate resources to achieve productivity goals while fostering positive working relationships.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site.
• Promote a positive environment that delivers excellent service and captures revenue.

Required profile

• Friendly, hard‑working and team‑oriented.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in a logistics/warehouse setting.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
