NOC Operations Manager – Remote with UK Site Visits

About the role
We are seeking an experienced NOC Operations Manager to lead our Network Operations Centre. The role is remote‑first with occasional visits to UK customer sites, allowing you to work from home while staying hands‑on with cutting‑edge infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of four NOC engineers, ensuring 24/7 availability of business‑critical systems.
- Oversee Linux and Windows environments, VMware virtualization, networking, high‑availability and security solutions.
- Prioritise workloads, manage incidents and drive continuous improvement across managed services.
- Shape the future architecture by introducing automation and optimisation initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Operations or Systems Engineering within multi‑platform environments.
- Strong background in managing DNS, load‑balancing and traffic‑flow security.
- Ability to lead a technical team and influence service delivery for finance, manufacturing and retail clients.
