Non-Contentious Construction Associate Lawyer

About the role

This position offers a newly qualified or early‑career solicitor the chance to join a top‑100 firm’s construction practice, working on a diverse non‑contentious portfolio for both public and private sector clients across the South West.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on construction and infrastructure projects, including residential, commercial, and renewable energy developments.
• Assist with large and complex transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, and managing client communications.
• Collaborate with senior partners and other specialists to deliver high‑quality, client‑focused solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of construction law and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience at a regional or national firm.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, high‑value construction matters.
• Strong client‑facing attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work in Bristol or Exeter and to relocate to the South West if needed.
