About the role

The position is for a qualified nurse or pharmacist who holds a non‑medical prescribing qualification and will work for Turning Point in Grimsby, England. The successful candidate will use their prescribing authority to assess patients, decide on appropriate medication, and issue prescriptions as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients and determine suitable medication within the scope of non‑medical prescribing.
• Issue prescriptions and manage medication plans for identified patients.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation of prescribing activity.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Required profile

• Qualified nurse with a Non‑Medical Prescriber (NMP) qualification or pharmacist with prescribing rights.
• Registered with the appropriate professional body (NMC or GPhC).
• Willing to work on‑site in Grimsby and adhere to Turning Point’s policies and procedures.
