Non-Working Supervisor – Landscaping / Externals

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Non-Working Supervisor to lead landscaping and external works across several high‑profile sites in London, Cambridge and Oxford. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards while coordinating all on‑site activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure work complies with specifications and programme requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal site teams, monitoring productivity and quality.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients, providing regular updates.
• Conduct site inspections, enforce health and safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture.
• Maintain accurate site records, RAMS documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 6 in Construction or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within landscaping or external works.
• Strong understanding of site management, health‑and‑safety compliance and programme delivery.
• Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors and work with multiple stakeholders on live sites.
