North American Property Technician / Account Handler

About the role

Join an international Lloyd's broker as a North American Property Technician/Account Handler. You will work within a dynamic North American Property team, supporting brokers, account executives and fellow technicians in delivering expert insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create new and renewal MRC slips and endorsements.
• Prepare broker and underwriting submissions using client information.
• Utilise PPL, de‑broking policies and manage Premium Payment Warranties.
• Liaise daily with brokers, clients and underwriters to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Incorporate correct wording and clauses into all documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients and agents.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an insurance technician handling property or non‑marine risks, preferably North American or international.
• Demonstrated ability to produce technical documentation such as MRC slips and endorsements.
• Self‑motivated, confident and able to integrate into a diverse team.
