NQ / Junior Private Client Solicitor – Chatham

About the role
We are partnering with a respected regional firm in Chatham that is expanding its private client team. The successful candidate will join a supportive environment and manage a diverse portfolio of private client matters.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review wills and estate planning documents.
- Handle probate and estate administration cases.
- Draft and manage powers of attorney.
- Assist with the creation and administration of trusts.
Required profile
- Newly qualified (NQ) to approximately 2 years post‑qualification experience.
- Experience in private client work, either from a training seat or post‑qualification role.
- Strong communication and client‑care abilities.
- Motivation to build a long‑term career in private client law.
