NQ Litigation Solicitor – Property Dispute Specialist

About the role
This is a newly qualified (NQ) Litigation Solicitor position within a top‑tier law firm that handles complex property dispute matters across London and the wider UK. You will join a specialist team advising landlords, developers and private individuals on a range of commercial and residential disputes.
Key responsibilities
- Report directly to the Department Director and manage a varied caseload.
- Attend clients, take instructions and prepare cases for boundary, landlord‑tenant, rights‑of‑way and nuisance disputes.
- Deal with correspondence, maintain accurate time‑costing procedures and ensure compliance with file‑management standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members where appropriate.
- Implement supervisor recommendations following monthly file reviews.
Required profile
- Professional, proactive approach with strong client‑care skills.
- Sensitive and sympathetic understanding of clients’ needs.
- Ability to manage caseloads of varying complexity.
- Attention to detail in correspondence, costing and file compliance.
