NQ+ Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

About the role

We are partnering with a reputable regional firm that values its people and offers a supportive environment. The firm is expanding its Private Client department and seeks an NQ+ Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive private client advice covering tax, estate administration, wills and probate, trusts, and Court of Protection matters.
• Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Liaise with clients to understand their personal and financial objectives.
• Collaborate with senior partners and other practice areas to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (NQ+) or experienced Legal Executive with a focus on private client work.
• Experience gained through a training contract or paralegal role in private client matters.
• Ability to manage the full remit of private client cases independently.
• STEP qualification is advantageous but not essential.

Required skills

• Knowledge of private client tax legislation.
• Understanding of estate administration, wills, probate, trusts, and Court of Protection procedures.
