NQ+ Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive

About the role

We are partnering with a reputable regional firm that values its people and offers a supportive environment. The firm is seeking an NQ+ Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to strengthen its growing Private Client department.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of Private Client work, including tax planning, estate administration, wills and probate, trusts, and Court of Protection matters.
• Provide tailored advice to high‑net‑worth individuals and families on wealth preservation and succession.
• Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, and related agreements.
• Liaise with clients, accountants, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (NQ+) or experienced Legal Executive with a focus on Private Client work.
• Experience gained through a training contract or paralegal role within Private Client practice.
• Ability to handle the entire remit of Private Client matters confidently.
• STEP qualification is advantageous but not essential.

Required skills

• Knowledge of tax, estate administration, wills and probate, trusts, and Court of Protection law.
