About the role
We are seeking a newly qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join our Exeter office. The role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of property disputes for corporate clients, retailers, developers and investors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all stages of property litigation, from case assessment to resolution.
- Advise and represent clients on development land and property contracts, telecoms matters, and landlord‑tenant issues.
- Handle dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture actions and breaches of lease covenants.
- Collaborate closely with senior partners and the wider litigation team.
Required profile
- Newly qualified solicitor or legal executive.
- Demonstrable experience or strong interest in property litigation.
