NQ Solicitor – Housing & Regeneration Property

About the role

This position offers an exciting chance for an NQ Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a nationally recognised Housing & Regeneration team. You will work on socially impactful projects for registered providers, local authorities and public‑sector organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of property matters, including development, regeneration, site acquisitions, disposals and joint‑venture arrangements.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage communications with clients, third parties and other professionals involved in transactions.
• Support senior colleagues on larger, more complex matters and contribute to business‑development activities.
• Collaborate with construction, litigation, governance and procurement teams to deliver an integrated service.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with practice rights.
• Previous experience in commercial property, development or housing‑related work.
• Understanding of property development and regeneration matters.
• Strong organisational, communication and client‑care skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a busy team environment.
