Nurse Advisor - Home Visits and Clinics

About the role

iQVIA is looking for an experienced registered nurse to join its team in the Sheffield or Barnsley area. This is a permanent, full-time, field-based role covering Monday to Friday, 9-5 (with some flexibility). You will support multiple patient services and healthcare professionals across various clinical settings, managing your own caseload and travelling within a designated geography.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out home visits to support patients with self-injections or venepuncture
• Set up infusions and run clinics
• Support patients' support lines, sometimes working from home
• Manage your own caseload and travel around a given geographical area

Required profile

• Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration
• Ideally stoma experience, or wound care / gastro specialty experience; training can be provided where required
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines effectively
• Good IT skills and excellent communication skills, face-to-face and virtually
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the designated area
• Sponsorship is not available

Required skills

• Proficiency in phlebotomy, cannulation, spirometry and infusion therapies
• Supplementary Prescriber (CPNP) qualification is an advantage
• Spirometry experience and/or ARTP qualification are advantageous
