Nurse Assistant

About the role

Join Hallmark Luxury Care Homes as a Nurse Assistant and provide compassionate, relationship‑centred care to residents in a supportive, family‑run environment. You will work alongside registered nurses and the wider care team to ensure each resident receives high‑quality daily support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and mobility support.
• Safely support medication administration under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Take and record vital signs, monitoring health changes and reporting concerns promptly.
• Contribute to the development and updating of individual care plans.
• Foster a warm, respectful atmosphere for residents, families and colleagues.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential).
• Registered with Social Care Wales (mandatory from 1 Oct 2022 for care‑involved roles).
• Genuine compassion, dedication and a desire to connect with residents.

Required skills

• Medication administration (under RN supervision).
• Vital signs monitoring.
