Nurse – Night Bank

About the role

Join Hallmark Luxury Care Homes as a Night Bank Nurse, providing high‑quality clinical care during night shifts in a supportive, family‑run environment. You will work closely with residents, families and the care team to ensure safety, comfort and wellbeing throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager to assess, plan and evaluate resident care during night hours.
• Lead and support the night‑time clinical team, promoting Hallmark’s values and standards.
• Audit and update care plans to reflect residents’ changing needs.
• Maintain clear communication with residents, families and day‑shift staff.

Required profile

• Qualified RN/RGN/RMN with experience in relationship‑centred and dementia care.
• Demonstrates ethical practice and commitment to Hallmark’s Charter.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously overnight.
