About the role
Kindred Nurseries is offering a full‑time Nursery Apprentice position in Whitton, Richmond upon Thames. This 18‑month apprenticeship provides hands‑on experience in an early years setting while you work towards a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Key responsibilities
- Work towards completing a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification within the agreed timeframe.
- Learn all aspects of the Key Person role under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.
- Observe children’s development and support their learning through play.
- Carry out practitioner tasks under supervision and collaborate with the nursery team.
- Share responsibility for safeguarding children, parents, and colleagues.
Required profile
- A genuine interest in early years childcare.
- Commitment to completing the apprenticeship qualification.
- Friendly, approachable and eager to learn.
- Flexible approach to working hours and routines.
