Nursery Assistant – Early Years Support

About the role

We are looking for a Nursery Assistant to join our friendly team at Kindred Nurseries in Waddesdon. You will support children’s development in a safe, stimulating environment while working closely with parents, carers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a safe, stimulating and educational environment for children to learn, play and explore.
• Maintain a clean, organised and homely setting for all children.
• Plan and deliver interesting activities that promote learning through play.
• Build relationships with key children, recording their interests and achievements through observations.
• Follow company policies, safeguarding procedures and report any concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Outstanding customer service and good time‑management.
• Commitment to working within Early Years childcare.
