About the role
We are seeking an experienced Nursery Assistant to provide flexible cover in a primary school setting in the borough of Wandsworth. The role involves supporting the Early Years team during unexpected or planned absences, delivering high‑quality lessons based on the EYFS framework.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality nursery and reception lessons alongside class teachers, following the EYFS framework.
- Provide reliable cover for short‑term and long‑term staff absences, ensuring continuity of care and learning.
Required profile
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or as a Teaching Assistant.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or reception environment and a flexible, can‑do attitude.
