About the role
Academics is seeking caring and reliable Nursery Assistants to join a nurturing nursery in Cheltenham. This role is perfect for individuals who love working with young children and want a flexible schedule that can fit around holidays, term‑time or other commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily nursery routines and activities.
- Encourage children through play‑based learning.
- Help create a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Assist with children’s early years development and well‑being.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for working with children.
- Positive, reliable and enthusiastic attitude.
- Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
- Childcare qualification (Level 2 or above) desirable but not essential.
