Nursery Assistant – Part‑time, West London

About the role
We are looking for a passionate Nursery Assistant to join our West London team at Kindred Nurseries. In this part‑time, permanent role you will help create a safe, stimulating environment where children can learn, play and develop. You will work alongside a supportive team that values creativity and early years education.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a safe, clean and educational setting for children, encouraging play‑based learning.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities, observing and recording children’s interests and progress.
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues, offering excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies, safeguarding procedures and health & safety standards.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions and occasional evening or weekend events.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Good time‑management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Commitment to working within Early Years Childcare.
- Desirable: previous nursery experience, Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene.
