About the role
This is a flexible, temporary position working as a nursery bank staff member for Hays. You will be placed in a variety of early‑years settings across Worthing, caring for children aged 3 months to 5 years. The role is designed to fit around your personal commitments, offering as much or as little work as you need.
Key responsibilities
- Support early‑years settings by assisting senior nursery staff.
- Help set up and tidy rooms, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Engage with children through play and age‑appropriate activities.
- Maintain safety standards at all times.
Required profile
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualified early‑years practitioner, or an unqualified assistant with recent relevant experience.
- Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic with a hands‑on approach.
Required skills
