Nursery Domestic Assistant – Full‑time

About the role

Join Childbase Partnership as a Domestic Assistant in our Garsington Road Day Nursery, Cowley. You will maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, safety and support for staff and children in a permanent, full‑time position.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the nursery.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms and kitchens, empty bins and sweep/mop floors.
• Perform high‑level dusting, support the kitchen team with washing‑up and manage laundry.
• Uphold COSHH procedures and ensure a safe environment for children and adults.
• Assist with safeguarding duties to protect every child and staff member.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a professional housekeeper or cleaner.
• Good knowledge of COSHH and the ability to work safely and independently.
• Commitment to safeguarding and creating a safe environment for children.
• Team‑oriented, collaborative attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Resident within a commutable distance and right to work in the UK.
